We cannot provide home visit service to residents who live outside the surgery catchment area. Also, some of the community services are aligned to specific borough, may not be able to provide their services to residents who live in other boroughs. Therefore, we would request patients outside the catchment area to check if their postcode is within the surgery boundary.
